What do I see when a load is dispatched to me?
Once the rate con is signed, you get a private link with the stops, the truck route and simple status taps: On my way, Delivered, Resting, Broke down and Need help.
Can a load be booked on my truck without a yes?
No. MT finds the load, reads the rate con and builds it, then waits. Nothing is booked without a yes, and the truck is only dispatched after the rate con is signed.
Does MT ask if I’m available before a load is booked?
Yes. Before a load is booked on your truck, MT asks you if you’re available.
How do check calls work for drivers?
MT sends check calls on its own: about 2 hours after pickup, every 12 hours on the road (or the schedule your office picks) and about 2 hours before delivery. You answer with a tap. If a check call goes unanswered, your office is alerted, never the broker.
Who gets my check call updates?
Your office does. Brokers get safe updates, like “Possible delay, about 1 hour,” never your location.
How do I send the BOL and POD from the road?
Take photos with your phone and upload them to the load: the BOL (bill of lading), the POD (proof of delivery), lumper receipts and fuel receipts. MT files them to that load, so they’re ready for the invoice.
What if I break down or need help on the road?
Tap Broke down or Need help on your load link, and call your office right inside LFS AOS.
Can I call my dispatcher and my office inside LFS AOS?
Yes. Make voice calls and chat with anyone in your network, right inside LFS AOS. Everyone you add goes into your contacts automatically.
Can I bring other drivers onto LFS AOS?
Yes. Every role in LFS AOS can onboard others, and drivers can bring on other drivers. Everyone you bring on joins your network.
Is LFS AOS a trucking app for owner-operators?
